| APPROVAL SERVICES
Not all projects require approval from local authorities but most do. The size and complexity of your project will determine the time that these approvals may take. However you can rest assured that we will always do our best to obtain any required approvals for you as quickly as possible, should you engage us to carry out this work on your behalf.
Costs involved for us to obtain approvals for you will vary from project to project however we will provide you with a written quotation for this work upon request.

We're creative people here at Instant Offices. Once we have a good understanding of your requirements then we'll go away and work as fast as possible to present you with our recommendations for your project. This could include simple design sketches or 3D representations of the finished buildings. We'll even give you an estimate of the costs at the same time.
| |  | MANUFACTURING
Manufacturing of our buildings is done within our own manufacturing facilities. This gives us total control over the process and more importantly allows us to control the quality of our buildings.
The time a project takes to be manufactured will of course depend on it's size and complexity. We'll give you an estimate manufacturing time upon placement of your order.
| |  | DELIVERY & SETUP
The delivery and onsite setup of your buildings is easily handled by Instant Offices or you can elect to carry out this work using your own resources. Costs for this work are always itemized in a written quotation if requested. | |  | SERVICE CONNECTIONS
Instant Offices can arrange all service connections and the commissioning of these on your behalf. Costs for this work, if requested, will be itemized on your quotation.

The provision of temporary services such as power, water and toilet facilities is easily handled by us. We have specialist equipment in our hire fleet to provide you with temporary services on your project.
